When i received the machine it broke after 2 uses (a factory issue). So i reached out to the customer service and the same day they send a new one. The tattoo gun works like a charm and handles really wel. 100% recomend this kit to others

Still waiting for delivery very disappointed

I read the reviews after I had bought this, so I had a light worry that it wouldn’t show up. Great news is that everything was delivered… not so great news is that it looks like it was dropped kicked the whole way. There’s zero user manuals for any of the equipment, so as someone who’s unfamiliar with the brand is really annoyed. Once I get to trying it out I’ll update my review.
