Not only they make great quality products, the customer service is excellent! Initially, there was a shipping problem so I emailed the Dad Brand Team. They responded right away and rectified the problem. It was a gift for my son and because of their prompt response, it made it on time! You don’t usually get this kind of customer service anymore, so BIG UPS!
