Great customer service. I went for a custom made doormats order. Communication for professional and prompt. They sent me two options as requested, with an additional design they came up with. We loved that design and went for that in the end. The engraving quality is clear and I’ve placed the mat outside in my open porch and it’s been perfect, weather proof (with the rain and wind we have had over past two weeks). We definitely recommend.
