My Grail

The watch is the watch. You can't really add more superlatives. The experience and care that Teddy's team provided was exceptional. Definitely at the top of the retail experience. I started with a chat looking to find out what to expect with tariff increases and AJ assisted with all of my questions. He even followed up a few weeks later to let me know whwn they found out more clearly when the increases would begin and the difference in cost. I went to purchase my watch and AJ was there, waiting for me and my family which included my toddler. (Sorry for fingerprints) We all felt welcomed and will definitely come back for the Omega Seamaster. Cheers to you all.
