I recently bought an Omega Seamaster Diver 300 (white dial). I visited Teddy's store in Cleveland. I made an appointment with AJ, who was terrific to work with. I wanted to make sure that Teddy got my business to pay him back for all of the great and helpful online content he provides to educate the public about watches. I am relatively new to the watch world. Also, I am from Cleveland (no longer live there) and wanted to support a Clevelander. My entire experience was positive and first rate. In addition to buying the watch on the steel bracelet, I ordered a rubber strap to switch out when I wanted a different look. AJ and the team took care of my ordered strap, which arrived when estimated. The entire experience could not have been easier. AJ has been great with follow-up as well. I will make a point to continue to give Teddy, AJ and the team my business. They are very knowledgeable, personable and work hard to make sure you are treated well.
