I LITTLE disappointed

The shoes we are described and advertised, one pair was ordered as a size 9 but was way too small and I gave them away to someone who wears a size 7. I paid for shipping; and I wonder if the reason why all my shoes were just thrown in a box without proper packaging was to make sure they fit in the box that matched my shipping payment fees. I felt insulted and questioned the validity of the company. When I saw the shoes were not tagged, there was no invoice, the shoes were not in a shoe bag, NOTHING. Just tossed in a box and shipped. However, I liked the shoes, fast shipping, MAY order again. Just please work on the presentation.
