Definitely does not fit up to a medium. Size is closer to a xsmall-small. The quality feels good and I love the style it just unfortunately was the wrong size for me.

Fit slightly big in waist 5'4" 155lbs waist 33. 5" ordered L-XXL. Adjustable. Just added holes in waist didn't feel like returning. Runs true to size so order ur waist size.

I am a size 12-14 US pant. I found this size to be good fits on lowest knotch and gives room in case i wear over a sweater or multiple layers. Ordered L-XXL
