Overall, products are beautiful and shipping was quick. only thing i didn’t love was the box was a white slide box which is totally cool but all 3 items i received came in the one box in plastic bags. But the items on the website show a photo of a black box with an insert to hold the jewelry and a cleaning cloth. i ordered items as a gift so was a bit disappointed to have them all in one box and in a different one than advertised
