Extra table leg.- shorter?

Just giving your engineers a little food for thought. I have the standard table leg which is 26 and three-quarter inch tall. I wanted coffee table height for my table also. So I ordered an extra leg and cut it down to 18 inches and had it welded. I tried to pull the little black piece out of the bottom, but you guys must glue that thing in, cause I could not get it out. I’ll send you some pictures when I get to the boat, but an 18 inch post would be a nice little thing in your catalog.
