The bracelet was fine but I was expecting a free gift and I felt the one she sent was quite inappropriate. It was a large black cross. While I don’t want to be disrespectful, this is simply out of order. You don’t know someone’s beliefs and you send them a symbol of them as a free gift. For a business, it’s unprofessional.
