Santa Says Interactive LED Sweater

so disappointed

I have been buying ugly sweaters from this company for years and this is the first year I have been disappointed. The light only works when plugged in. Is there some special trick to get it to work correctly? I guess I should have read the reviews from the last 2 years before purchasing.

The sweater was supposed to light up with naughty/nice etc and did not work at all. Now I have no sweater for our annual party

Didn’t work :-(

This review is specific to the interactive LED sweater. The sweater arrived not working with no instructions. A USB cable was provided for what I would assume charging the screen. However, the unit is completely sealed. No ports for cable whatsoever. So couldn’t use it:-(. Customer service was responsive and apologised and sent a return label immediately. Overall cool idea but worthless if it doesn’t work.
