Arcimboldo-Inspired Art: Making Funny Faces with Fruits and Vegetables

Wonderful!

I bought this unit, because I'm really interested about art and artists in general, so I wanted to do an activity related to that with my kindergarteners. We had a 'Health Week', where we learned about the components of a healthy lifestyle. I have a group (30 people) of 5-6 years olds, and this activity really moved their fantasies, and creativity. They cut out all the fruits and vegetables they wanted to use, and glued them together to create some eye catching 'paintings'. This was a wonderful purchase, it's incredibly neat and beautiful!
