I only used the “ Warm muscles and joints” 3 times and can testify that it works for mild pains and soreness. Thankfully, I didn’t have to use it often. But when I needed, loved the way it absorbs and softens stiff joints.

Works pretty well, with better smell than BenGay topicals.

Topical ointments such as this help with stiff tendons and joints, but only go so far. This one seems more effective than some of the menthol based versions, though it's not a miracle cure, and its odor is more pleasant, smelling less like a gymnasium and more like a forest.
