I never received my order, or a refund.
I put in my order in November. I still have nothing. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. That didn’t happen. In January while I was away they tried to deliver. They couldn’t. So they sent the parcel back. I never got a refund… And I can’t be expected to stay home for months on end to wait for a parcel to arrive without any warning.
I have placed plenty of orders from the UK that made it over to me. But not this… So the excuse I keep getting about the British postal service just doesn’t cut it.
