Didn’t work for me.

Product did not work out for me. I was told it works best with their wax only. The imprint wasn’t visible so you couldn’t see my initials. But I’m truly thankful this company had a great refund policy.

Customer service is unparalleled

The product is great and I’m impressed with the quality. But what I’m most impressed by is the customer service. My package was lost in transit and I tried reaching out to the mail carrier to submit a claim. Of course never heard back, so I contacted Artisaire and they immediately emailed back along with sending a new one to my home. It arrive within a few days and I was so happy to have been treated this well. 5 stars all around. Thank you!!!

Wax stamps are well made and if good quality. I am happy with them and would purchase again
