The mesh back makes it easier for your hair to breathe a bit. The adjustability of the cap is great and makes it flexible to your hair type/length. The ties on the back of the cap are good quality too and not thin. I hope they come out with more colors. However, the front part of the cap seems to wrinkle easily and is not as thin as i was hoping it to be. From the front, the caps are not see-through, which is good. However, I wish the caps were cotton material instead of rayon, to make the front part more breathable. If they sold these with satin linings underneath, it would be a game-changer. But I'd give it a 4/5, even though these are the best adjustable caps that i've tried in the market
