Hibiscus Flower Tea

Although it may be beneficial for others, I myself wouldn’t recommend it for girls or ladies. My menstrual cycle came way early than usual from just trying it the first time & I felt like it changed my hormonal balance. Please do your research before buying it as it is known that the flower can have side affects for women
