Repeater ID for RT 97L

Very quick shipping when I received it I hooked it up to the repeater and nothing it was dead. So I hooked it up to usb and success I had power Great. Hooked it back up the the repeater and again nothing lights out when I hooked it up. Not good... Contacted RPID by email and told them what was going on. Very quick response they told me what to do and it works great now I'd get another one if I ever need one.. very easy to program with your id from there web site price is right nuff said.
