Lock upgrade

Locks replaced and work. The old style lock with snap clip did not work. The new lock is a huge improvement.

New style cyl lock with nuts is better than old clips shown

The new style locks have screw on nuts instead of a metal clip. Instructions weren't helpful for the older style boxes but really do you need them for a simple installation? The supplied wrench for the nuts would not fit between the latch and the new cyl lock so I was not able to use it to tighten the nuts. Had to hunt around for another tool to tighten it. The new style is worth the trouble as I trust the nuts more than the metal clips (one had already fallen off along with the cyl lock). Nice to have the rubber cover and panniers that lock. Really nice quality panniers.
