From the presentation to the piece = flawless This ring may not be bulky but in my opinion she’s stunning! Light refracts everywhere she is a show piece.. The piece is quality and well made .. She defines heirloom and I’m proud to own her.. show stopper in my opinion.. She may be small in stone size but she packs a punch in light play and the dispersion of light . Every stone well secured and that alone gives me satisfaction knowing this piece will last and last. Kudos to the team who packed this and shipped it out I was very impressed. Becky

How can l review items l have not received? Perhaps you should ensure that customers actually receive their items before you request reviews. Obviously, your customer service is horrendous because you are well aware that DHL failed to deliver my items. Totally unacceptable!
