I was pleased with the small box that then doubles as a safe storage for the weft, it did mean they arrived undamaged thankfully as well. I bought a sample and knew the hair is real and very good quality, and yes they are! The one criticism I would add, is that the 9 pieces all together wouldn't create a lush head of hair. I took it to a hairdresser that told me realistically I'd need multiple wefts layered on top of each other to achieve a blended look. She also suggested that in order to blend the layers into my own hair, that's when waves help. Because my hair has no layers it was really obvious where my hair ended and there simply wasn't enough volume to mask it. I'd consider that when buying extensions, how thick is my hair? how dense do I want it to appear? these are very important things, so it's worth considering the models in the video most likely have a lot of volume created by multiple layers. Otherwise, the quality is outstanding.
