I have had the pleasure of ordering parts directly from the company, from chair backs to the rubber feet that I've worn out with much use. I have never had a company, time after time, give me the best customer service of any company I've ever worked with. Chair backs were ordered to update graphics only. Everything about the chairs are topnotch.

New Backrest

I needed to replace my backrest. I didn't replace the screw after I had my company's logo engraved on the old backrest, and it slipped off. The new backrest I received was the same as the one I lost. Very high quality.
