Very Happy
When I first got my package and opened it up I was a little disappointed that I didn't receive all of the sample tea packets but I contacted Brian at Customer Service and he sent out the missing packets right away so Customer Service is pretty awesome. I've tried four of the eight teas and I gotta admit, I'm lovin' my Bruetta a lot!

Cute and handy
It’s cute and handy however the only annoying part of it is the cleaning at the end. The tea leaves get stuck to the very bottom and a lot ends up down the drain rather than in the compost where it belongs

Mug is disappointing
Tea packets are fine... the mug is far inferior to one I got previously. Lid is too difficult to line up and bends to easily
