Race Inc RA29-R

The bike arrived damaged from the forks I immediately contacted the bike. I spoke to a person by the name of Art which he seemed very nice and welling to help out I sent him picture of my damaged fork and he told me that he would send me our chrome fork to replace mine. I’ve contacted him a few times and 1 time he replied back with they are come from Indianapolis. Well it’s been almost a month since I’ve been waiting for the new forks. I’ve texted Art a few more times but no reply. My recommendation would be if you order from this bike shop check your bike if it’s damaged send it back because obviously they don’t care about customer service or satisfaction.

Really nice bike. Well made and rides like a champ.
