Not the Superior Service It Once Was

I have purchased from Parthenon before and other than the shipping fee it was outstanding. Packaging this time was in a much thinner box, it arrived smashed, damaging poorly packaged items inside. Packages arrived opened and strewn all over the box. Shipping fees are very high, stating 2 days, but arriving in 6. Customer service does not answer the phone. After contacting them via email, the promptly took care of the problem. Had they stuck by their old standards there would not have been a problem in the first place.
