Too expensive for results
$10 per home try-on can add up quickly, especially when there's no physical shop to go to. You also could only try-on predetermined dresses. This can make it hard to see how the dress/color will look on you, which can affect the choice to buy. The only nice thing about this process is that the return shipping was easy. I suggest that for each try-on over X-number of dresses, for example 3, that expense can be subtracted from the final dress order, which can save some money for the likely over $200-total dress cost. This would make it more rewarding and incentivizing to buying dresses from this website. The dress options are also fewer and less varied than other more popular dress websites, so adding incentives to using this website would be helpful and I think garner more business.

Wonderful Try On Experience
I had the dresses shipped to my house to try on & they arrived so quickly! The price to try on was very reasonable & I was very impressed with the dress quality. They are super nice & true to size. The return experience was also super easy - pre-paid label included & just had to drop off. There was plenty of communication to tell me when to send the dress back. I highly recommend!!

Try On Good But Could Be Better
I enjoy having the chance to try them on in person instead of having to guess the correct size. I don’t like how it can be any color like it would be better if you could select a color group maybe. I also don’t like how expensive the try on is. I would’ve tried on more dresses but I’ve already spent $50 and I still need to spend $200 for the dress. Weddings are already expensive as it is. At least if they gave you a discount on your full purchase or something that would be better
