Hello, I received a 20oz insulated coffee mug with a sealable lid from work, the cup has served me well daily for the past two years. It took a tumble off my workbench, and the lid clasp broke, the mug still held and worked as intended, except that the lid leaked when the mug was tipped. I went onto the website and found replacements. Ordered, and arrived quickly!! I ordered two just in case! I am thrilled that my coffee mug is sealed up once again! great service!!!

I ordered a new wide mouth flip lid lid for my bottle. It was here very quickly.

Decent product…. But….

So far, I love the 50/50 bottles that we purchased. The carry handles are great, but the wide mouth can be messy if not careful. So, I got the pour spout lids and they too work great, except there is no easy way to carry them — why is there not a lid that combined BOTH of these features? The old bottle from the discount store did...
