calming
I ordered this on accident since I usually use the hydrating toner but have surprisingly liked this one. The fragrance is much different but it is a lot more calming for someone who has very sensitive, red skin and works well for me.

Soothing toner!
This toner does just what it’s called, calms my skin. At night when I use it on cotton pad, it gets the rest of my makeup off.
