This has been my go to protein banana bread and I cannot get enough of it! It's the perfect on the go quick breakfast or a delicious snack in the evening! It's my absolute favourite :)

I was very surprised how good this banana bread was. Usually gluten free breads are dry but this was moist and tasted amazing.

This banana bread is amazing! Tastes so similar to my homemade recipe but a lot less work and a lot more protein! I added 3/4 C chopped pecans and 3/4C chocolate chips and it was perfect 🥰
