Game changer!!!

I have used the thickness rings at the end of the rolling pin before and was not convinced. I had been thinking whether to get this piece of equipment and been putting it off. Don’t know how I ever managed before

These guides are amazing. I don’t know how I managed rolling my icing and cookies with out them. Makes rolling fondant super easy for a perfect even thickness.
