The taste isn't bad, but overall I didn't like it. It's hard to describe, but it lacks consistency. It crumbles a little. Other brands are like rubber, this one is too much the other way Also, it's a little oily, as if it was made of cow milk

Never purchased this cheese before. With no Greek restaurants nearby my home, had to make the pastitsio with a recipe. The dish turned out great and all the more so because of the authentic cheese and noodles purchased from your company. I will surely use your company again. Thank you
