Exquisite felt creatures

I have been collecting felt Christmas tree baubles and hand-made textile mice for decades. But this year I finally found a company that makes the most perfect, well-designed and beautifully-crafted felt creatures I have ever seen. I am an illustrator and sculptor by profession but focus on working with textiles since I retired, so I greatly respect the skill in design and making that results in collections of mice, sheep and more that may be the best in the world. The Finlay Fox slippers I bought for my son in law are fantastic: perfectly formed, endearing fox faces, true to size, comfortable and with the wonderful addition of a fox tail that makes it so easy to put these slippers on. I greatly recommend Sew Heart Felt for gifts or for treats for yourself if you need to be cheered up when life is hard.
