The lenses are indeed blue light blocking. They do a good job of that, but they are big on my face. The earpieces however are flexible and adjustable. The frames are fairly light weight.

My new 2.0 computer reading glasses are very comfortable to wear and look great as well. They have a slight yellow tint and block blue light.
