Hey Guys! As usual, you did NOT disappoint! Got my sweater, matching hat and mug, and they are fantastic! I work in the records unit of our local police department, and we have a cool captain who lets us have an ugly Christmas sweater contest each year. I won the first year's contest with your Reindeer Ring Toss sweater, and I figure I'll be in the running again this year with my Cousin Eddie get-up. Good luck exchanging an item

I purchased a sweater for my husband, which was too small. I followed the directions to exchange it for a bigger size. That was a week ago. I have a confirmation that the returned sweater was received, but still have had no update about shipping the new sweater size.
