Supernova Lipgloss

To be honest the products that I received have been amazing but the costumer service experience has been totally unacceptable. I placed an order worth over £70 and my most expensive gift was not enclosed. I immediately contacted the company and provided all the evidence they requested only to be told time and time again that someone would look into it for me. This was almost a month ago now. The gift was for a December birthday which has long passed, it was then suppose to be a Christmas gift. It's really disheartening to be fobbed off time and time again. Really disappointing Peaches and Cream. This was my first time ordering and unfortunately the customer service does not match up to the gorgeous products.
