Excellent thick tart plum butter. It's a bit hard to identify on the Parthenon Foods web site since it is also called jam there.

Granny's Pekmez

This is a very delicate product. Taste of this product is rich and tangy and texture mouth watering...an amazingly good product. It contains only three ingredients(which is my personal preference): plums, sugar and lemon juice...this as a result brings out a rich fruity flavor, unlike some other products of this kind that contain additional spices(ie.: cinnamon, cloves...etc.). It's my favorite Plum Pekmez.
