Good ring very poor customer service.

I purchased the ring and from the beginning communication about the delivery date and process was very difficult. The ring showed up too late so I returned it and dropped it off at the post office. It’s been two weeks since then and haven’t heard anything besides they have not received it even thoguh the tracking said it was delivered. I would recommend purchasing from their Amazon store front if you want better customer service. I bought the same ring from Amazon and the quality is good and it looks great. I have no complaints about the ring just about how the team is managing my situation. Due to those reasons I would not recommend purchasing directly from their website.
