Evolve Retractable Hose Reel | Beige

Great Product, easy installation

Two of the three worked well

Let me begin by saying that I did a great deal of research before I ordered the three. Two of them were great and were easy to set up. The third one did not retract and customer service took months to resolve. The over a dozen times that I had to contact them they consistently requested the same information and ended up replacing it. It took forever, and I missed the peak season of which I would have been using it. I like the hose reel, but customer service was not helpful and it took a great deal for me to continue to push for the replacement.

New BIG fan of HOSELINK!

I I bought one for the backyard to see how it performed and immediately ordered a second for the front. I was so sick and tired of coiling and uncoiling my hundred foot hoses and pulling them out to get kinks and having to walk back to straighten it out and then roll it all back up again when I’m done, I hated it. Now every time I go out to hose something off wash something down I go out with a big smile on my face.
