A nice collection of exercises and knowledge about active breath work. Excellent for everyone but especially martial artists and fighters

Technical problems :-(

The part that I’ve seen was really great and I believe that it (breathing in a proper way) can be a gamechanger for a lot of practicioners. Unfortunately we had some kind of technical problems and I wasn’t able to watch something like a half of first part. After several attempts and help from dynamicstriking team I asked for a refund. Got it without any questions and problems.
