So far so good! This is only my second month, I know that the longer you take it the more effective it will be. I have notice in my first month that my cravings are less and when I eat, I get full quicker which helps with portions. I’m hoping after 90 days I’ll really be able to feel the full effects. Working!

Working for me! I started with this protocol 2 weeks ago and have not been extremely strict with my diet because of travels, but have lost 2 1/2#. I'm satisfied to lose weight slowly and still be able to dine out while away from home. I'm not going crazy with binging but am trying to be sensible.
