A goofy, unusual expression of care and concern

I sent this sloth, with a “Slow Down & Take It Easy” note, to a friend who was in rehab with a broken leg. I was afraid she would say, “A sloth? Seriously? She sent me a sloth??” but she loved it, and it really cheered her up.
