Had an issue with the bag initially, CC's customer service sent out a replacement next day. While I haven't gotten the replacement quite yet, the speed and quality of their Customer service is top tier!!

Great bag with respect to size and usability but loses a star for a non adjustable shoulder strap.

Temporary Cold Storage Bag

My Wife & I went to Costco & picked up ice-cream for my Daughters bday celebration. Prior to that day, CountyComm had already shipped my order & the extreme equip. go bag was part of the order. When I inspected it, the first thing that came to my mind was the possible potential for it to double as a cold storage bag. I took it to the store I placed a few cold packs in it & off we went to test is with the intention of bringing back the ice cream without it going soft, let me tell you, it worked so good, as if it was never pulled out of the freezer, that ice cream was still rock hard upon the 20 min drive, I hit a snag of traffic. I was upset thinking that too much time had gone by & that ice cream was going to be far too soft, man was I wrong, that ice cream was hard as a rock. I had a grin on my face, I was my little girls hero for the moment, the ice cream made my kids go wild on that karaoke machine & this bag is way cool. I think a second bag is a must.
