Great bag but…

I’ve used the bag a few times and there are a couple issues. First the strap is NOT adjustable. It’s a bit long for me so I cut it and put on the plastic adjuster from an old worn out bag I have. Be sure to order an adjustable one with your bag if you don’t want to fix it yourself. Second, the inside of my bag looks strange bc you can see the glue through the lining. The pic on the site doesn’t show this. It’s fine but just surprised me. Still like the bag and I have the shopping bag version of this bag. Those are still looking brand new.

Had an issue with the bag initially, CC's customer service sent out a replacement next day. While I haven't gotten the replacement quite yet, the speed and quality of their Customer service is top tier!!

Great bag with respect to size and usability but loses a star for a non adjustable shoulder strap.
