Although the tie had a snag on it, I sent an email with pictures..literally a minute or two passed and Chris from Prime neckwear was on the phone with me, thanking me for my purchase, apologized for not catching the snag before shipment, and would be sending me a replacement immediately..I was blown away by how quick they responded ( it was around 9 pm when I sent the email) and quickly they took care of me.
