Very disappointing experience. I received an item that was completely different from what I ordered. Not only was the color wrong, but the style was also entirely different from the product shown on their website. I contacted customer support immediately and sent photos of the item I received. It has now been over a week, and I have not received a single response. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers who are trying to resolve an issue is not acceptable. I paid for one product and received something completely different, with no support or communication from the company. I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.

J’ai acheté ce produit après avoir vu des vidéos , mais honnêtement, il est très basique et n’a rien de spécial Pourtant, j’ai acheté deux tailles différentes peut etre il faut que j achète taille S ou XS Dommage, il n’accepte pas le changement,
