Corners Not Protected

The wood was beautiful - well milled, beautiful consistent grain, and nicely over-sized. It was also nicely packaged with Uline edge protection as well as styrofoam wrap. Package came on time, With that said, the company needs to also have corner protection as the wood came with corners shipped out. This was clearly due to the shipping company as the little wood corner pieces were evident upon opening, but the lack of corner protection was also noticeable.

Very good team to work with and EXCELLENT results!

The folks at North Castle were pretty great to work with from the start of my custom order inquiry. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed and they worked through a few iterations of defining what I needed for custom cherry trim for a bathroom remodel. Well, it turned out EXCELLENT. I love the craftsmanship, wood quality and reasonable price for both the custom order and shipping. I highly recommend!
