CAJA VARIEDAD

This was probably, and unfortunately, one of the worst things I’ve ever ordered. Maybe it’s not made for me. I was excited by the words “aqua fresca”. I was excited by the statement on their website when they said other drinks just have a hint of citrus, pineapple, etc. I’m not sure if I had a bad batch, but these drinks were pretty awful. The piña barely has any “fruit juice” to it. The taste of the piña is more subtle than any other sparkling water out there. The lime juice, though, man, it’s not that great. And this is coming from someone who drinks fresh lime water almost every morning. Same thing with the limón and the maracuyà. I always want to support small businesses, especially if it’s, like they marketed, immigrant-owned. But I think this will be my only purchase.

I purchased these drinks with really high hopes. I had been in the market for a healthy, all-natural, sparkling water but these did not meet expectation. I’m sad to leave this teview but the pineapple drink tasted very bitter. The limon drink tasted like I was drinking the skin of a limon. I can’t say anything anout the passion fruit drink as I haven’t tried it yet.
