So far so good. My previous strap broke after a couple of months. Orla kiely customer service was great and they replaced it. I have used the new one for about 3 weeks so fingers crossed it will last longer than my previous one. I like the width and design of the strap.

It's very easy to use, set and is functional. Just wish it was available in chrome/silver

Nice quality product. Overpriced though and I honestly think that the carry all bags should come with a detachable crossbody strap as standard…
