We had a replacement recon engine fitted in my sons Fiesta. He has had the car back a few weeks now, hardly been driven, but to date no issues. However, whilst the engine was being fitted it was extremely difficult to get any feedback on progress, resulting in many emails and phone calls from our side to find out the status of the vehicle. We did tell them after the first week and they said it was due to a staff holiday. Unfortunately nothing improved !
