Outfit Arrived Stained, Poor Customer Service

I was excited to get this outfit and it arrived with various small red stains on it. When I contacted customer service they tried to tell me that it passed their inspection and therefore don’t take responsibility for the condition it arrived in. They said out of “goodwill” would reimburse me for the amount it costs me to try clean the outfit. I have to first get it dry cleaned and then provide them with a receipt so they’ll reimburse me the amount. Really disappointed with the customer service, I don’t plan on shopping with them again.
