Diamine Spruce - Ink Sample

Really pretty, well behaved ink. Unfortunately the listing says it’s supposed to be scented and it just isn’t. There wasn’t even a hint of a smell I could pretend was anything, let alone a distinct spruce smell. Again, still a very lovely ink in all other respects.

What a wonderful color!

A deep rich green that leans a little blue... beautiful. It seems to be a clingy, wet ink that flows well out of my Ritma, giving a little shading but no sheen, so far. It seems to behave pretty well on Mead 5-Star paper and Black&Red notebooks. The scent is very light. This ink looks like the base for their shimmering Magical Forest. With most of a bottle of PR Avocado on hand, I wish I could justify a bottle of this.
